A unique and exciting opportunity exists for an energetic and self-motivated Technical Writer to join our Electronics operation at Cameron Park (NSW).

Your job will involve:

  • Develop and prepare product documentation consisting of user operation, installation and maintenance manuals, technical data sheets, application notes and product certification packages
  • Provide design packages to production and engineering for ‘engineering to order’ and standard products
  • Ongoing expansion and continual improvement of product documentation database and library as well the electronic storage, management and access

To succeed in this role you will possess the following:

  • Proven technical writing skills
  • Trade or certificate qualification in Electrical or Electronic fields
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic schematics
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High level problem solving skills with excellent organisation skills

Skills in the use of web based tools (NTML/XML) for technical documentation as well experience/knowledge of hazardous areas/intrinsically safe systems will be highly regarded.
